Doors of Zanzibar Clove metal print by Judi Suni Hall. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Artist's Description
This series was named by a friend, who said "I'm sure you have seen the beautiful carved wooden doors of Zanzibar. I think this design has a lot of this flavor - I can almost smell the spices." I wish I had been that lucky in my travels. To me the doors of Zanzibar are photographs and exotic daydreams only. Each door in the series is named for a spice.
In my art I try to share the joy of creating beauty. The pieces are created and chosen to enhance either a residence or a business.
This generative or mathematical art is created using the high-level programming capability available in Artmatic. Linking together modules that represent mathematical components allows the creation of complicated formulae and beautiful images.
